MICHAEL J. ISAACS

Michael J. Isaacs has served as our General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since June 2026. Mr. Isaacs served as Deputy General Counsel from March 2023 to June 2026 and held several other positions of increasing responsibility since joining Prothena in March 2020. Prior to joining Prothena, Mr. Isaacs was a Corporate Associate at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP from 2015 to 2020. Prior to entering the legal profession, Mr. Isaacs held multiple research positions, including at the Salk Institute for Biological Studies and Biogen Idec. Mr. Isaacs earned his B.S. in Biology (Microbiology) and his M.S. in Biology (Biochemistry and Biophysics) both from the University of California, San Diego, and his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law.
